In an effort to provide the best possible experience, we do require appointments. Our bridal appointments are 1 on 1 with you the bride, and one of our seasoned bridal stylists. Because of this, we ask that you set up an appointment for all visits so we can be sure to staff accordingly.
Please arrive to your appointment on time! Our bridal appointments are 80 minutes long and scheduled back to back. If you arrive late, it will cut into the amount of time you have to try on dresses.
Any key decision makers! We recommend bringing 1-2 of your closest friends or family with you to your appointment. We know there can be a temptation to bring a really large group but what brides often don't realize is that a huge group sounds fun in theory but can be very overwhelming! If you still really want to bring a larger group we recommend doing a big reveal appointment which is done after you've ordered your wedding gown. Click HERE to book your appointment!
Most dresses take 6-8 months to order and all dresses will need alterations that can take another 2-3 months. Don't worry if you're wedding date is fast approaching, we've got you covered! We can sell any of our dresses off the rack, pull from our designers in stock programs or possibly order your gown on a rush. Our expert stylists will help you navigate all the options, finding the one that will get you your dream dress!

We do not offer on site alterations. We primarily refer to one seamstress (information below) in the area that you are more than welcome to use. Please keep in mind that alteration fees are always an additional cost and can vary widely depending on the work being done.
